CIVCO Medical Solutions offers a full range of repair and maintenance services to compliment the warranty of our AccuCARE Brachytherapy and Positioning Surgical Devices. These products include Micro-Touch® Stabilizers, Steppers, Multi-Purpose Workstations™, CIVCO Assist Positioning Arms and their attachments. We are pleased to submit this schedule of fees as CIVCO’s ongoing committment to the repair, refurbishment, and calibration of our family of medical solutions.
